This issue is not just about parking fines, it's about whether treason has been committed by Privy Councillors who have taken the Oath of Allegiance which prohibits them from allowing our sovereignty to be transferred to a foreign power. This has widespread significance to the regionalisation issue and the pursuit by Prescott of the destruction of our system of local government.

It is a possible defence against non-payment of council tax, so watch this one closely.
