Can anyone really own words or sayings or songs?

Anyone who in any small part might begin to understand the true nature of things or the way things really are could be forgiven for thinking that squabbling over something you cannot hold in your hand or put in your mouth really is fiddling while rome burns.

I was going to write something about how the country is going to survive in a dangerous world and the threat of European union sucking us up out of existence etc.. But you know what? I got work in the morning to keep the wolves from the door. How about that for a reality check?. oh no! I hope no one wrote that before already. :roll:
