Yes there are more Muslims than there were ten years ago, but there are more web nerds too. Does that mean that Britain has been nerdified?

What I find astounding is the double standards of those who claim to want to preserve 'our' culture.
Our English teashops, retaurants and cafeterias have been replaced with American fast-food places.
Our independent retailers have gone to be replaced by American owned nationals.
I hear no protest from these people, on the one aspect of our culture which has most obviously been lost (or almost so) to the Americans.
The point being made was not changes which were voluntary, but which were enforced, such as controlling our social behaviour, i.e. where we drink!

The issue is one of CONTROL! Of US! You might not see any problem, but others DO!

As I am virtually an alcohol free-zone, the first doesn't bother me. Anyone who needs alcohol has a problem.

As to other controls - they need not affect you so long as you are aware of them.

You have choices - every step of the way.
