London and EU blamed for red tape in Scotland

Of 30 regulatory impact assessments, only 11 related to Scottish initiatives and the rest came from the EU, the report said.

Another good reason for Scots to vote UKIP. EU and Labour inspired regulations would be slashed by a UKIP government! Indeed, there would be zero EU regulations to worry about over time!
