The party manifesto has pretty much been compiled by now. That doesn't mean that it will be the entirety of party policy by any means. They have said that they are open to any and all suggestions.

Trevor Coleman is the man in charge of putting the manifesto together, but I think that you are too late for ideas to be included now.
