The European Commission says youngsters must be fingerprinted for all new EU passports and national ID cards – even those issued in the UK. Until now, the Government has insisted that only children over the age of 11 applying for biometric passports – which are due to be introduced in 2009 – have to be fingerprinted.

I am afraid that people are allowing the totalitarian authorities to finger print their kids. it is being done in schools for borrowing library books and the excuse is that it saves having library cards. It is really programming them to be passive and compliant for the Soviet E.U.
