Indeed although there is also the possiblity he has fallen into bad company. Parents who cannot control there children and get them to behave should lose them in my view, there are plenty of decent couples unable to have them or seeking to add to their familys who are crying out to foster/adopt. Much better option then slaughtering hundreds in abortions every week.
