Default Pet limit for council tenants?

Quote:
Council tenants in Nottingham could soon be restricted on the amount of pets they can keep in their homes.
Some residents have criticised the plans which would limit tenants to one cat or dog per household.

Smaller caged animals and fish would not be affected by the plans suggested in a draft tenancy agreement.

Nottingham City Homes, which manages the city's council houses, said the plans were open for public consultation and had been suggested by its tenants.

Pets such as dogs and cats are seen by socialists as extravagances of the bourgeois classes. Quite a predictable move by the socialist rulers of Nottingham council, forcing the tenants to decide which dog to put down or which cat to abandon. No doubt there will be a rise in abandoned animals.

Yeh, like people demand higher taxes and reduced services and that sort of thing.

I wonder if the tenant who asked for it had ulterior motives or whether this is just a plain lie. It's an insult whichever it is. Also isn't it odd how Nottingham City Homes can speak. In my experience only humans can speak and that every human has a name. Not anymore. Now we have institutions which can speak!

Sounds fair enough to me. If you will live in a house owned by a draconian state then you are open to everything thrown at you.
