I agree about the swan, although it is one in thousands standing alone. Could not a list off all pubs defying the ban be listed and all the people that live in those areas just use those pubs and get more pubs on board.

Now here's a thing that could save the Swan and other pubs who wish to have a smoking room just get EVERY visitor to sign a form saying they will not complain and bingo - works for The Stones
