There really isn’t a pattern here to justify profiling, is there? So, to ensure us British never offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on killing us, British Transport Police will no longer be allowed to profile certain people. They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old men, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret agents who are members of the Prime Minister or President's security detail, 85-year old pensioners with metal hips, but leave Muslim males between the ages 17 and 40 alone lest they be guilty of profiling.

When I patrolled RAF bases with a loaded rifle in the 80s, I wasn't on the lookout for middle aged Muslim extremists of Asian appearance, but white people who may be IRA terrorists.

I don't see why the Police and Government don't make this point to our Muslim communities.

One mustn't be complacent, though. Some Muslim extremists are white. Iranians aren't exactly dark skinned and there are European white converts to Islam.

Islam is not a race but an ideology, a religious ideology which is more than a religion, it dictates what the adherent does form the time he wakes to the time he falls asleep at night.

It is true that there are many white people who have converted, n some way i would say that they are the most dangerous. They are usually more militant than the born Muslims who tend to keep away from them, except a few such a s Bakri.

For example, an extreme right wing neo Nazi leader called David Myatt, who incidentally played a part in forming nail bomber David Copeland's ideas, is a convert to Islam with close links to Bakri and Choudery.

It is the white extremist who, when they decide on their course of action rejoin mainstream society in order to create a cover ready to go INTO phpbb_action when we least expect from a quarter we cannot predict.

To decide only to stop and search "Muslim male extremists between the ages of 17 and 40" would be playing right INTO phpbb_their hands. They would simply start using people who did not fit this stereotype, who would therefore slip right through the net.
