The police need to a raison d'etre since every real criminal they arrest has to have committed numerous offences and faced numerous courts before they are briefly imprisoned and allowed out to repeat the process.Naturally the police think they may as well not bother to arrest real criminals since they will be allowed back on the streets anyway so arresting them is a complete waste of their time. So now they arrest innocent members of the public for "racial offences."

The legal profession sees another opportunity to exploit the taxpayer and get even more money because if someone happens to be eating a banana when watching his home team, or grunts or even scratches his armpit, when there is a black man on the opposing team he will face 2 years imprisonment for racial aggravation and abuse.This will obviously be followed by numerous appeals finishing up in the ECHR and £2 million pounds of taxpayers money being given to lawyers.

Doreen Lawrence sees yet another opportunity for a press conference and yet another article in the press about how racist we all are.

Is this at the football? What exactly is a racist gesture? Is it someone aping a monkey, because I can't think of too much else.

Anyway, the police are overly keen to be seen to be doing something about supposed racism. I am not sure if this stems from Steven Lawrence or before, but ever since they were accused of being racist they have gone a little overboard the other way in order to dispel said accusations. Why they can't just use their common sense is beyond me! Who is making these decisions as they are getting more ridiculous by the day and the police are possibly working beyond their remit. Maybe a little direction from the Hom Sec is needed, unless it is her who is telling them to do this.

This kind of action and the legislation that spawned it is creating divisions between all ethnic groups because they are becoming scared to intermingle in case they might say something "WRONG" in all innocence and then get reported for it. There is a hell of a lot of "illegal" chit chat and banter that goes on, fun between friends but this is dying out and friendships splitting, even the racial cohesion we had is breaking down through fear of this legislation no one dare say anything in mixed race company in case its overheard and reported even when its between friends.

The state is doing everything possible to encourage people to show more disrespect for the loony laws.
