Thread: WWII Vet needs support at Leeds Magistrates 2 Feb

This is his message:

I am in Leeds Magistrates' Court Thursday 2nd Feb. at 1.40pm (the ridiculous charge of 'Offering leaflets'). Before that (Wed. 25th Jan.) I am in Bradford Magistrates' Court for 'Non-payment of Council tax'. I am not worried, as it is the result of a Council ****-up. However, I intend to bring up MUCH MORE IMPORTANT MATTERS! If anyone can attend I would be grateful. It is listed for 10am, but anyone who might think to attend should ring me ( 01274 541 213 ) after 11am Monday to confirm the time.

He has been trying to expose the magistrates courts taking children away from their parents, why not trial by jury???

Already recently spent months in solitary confinement ater taping in a court not realising this was not allowed (sometimes it is).

He does not claim to be perfect but just tries to do the right thing.

Lord Justice Pitchford said Scarth suffered from a delusional disorder, could be loud and argumentative, and was a conspiracy theorist.

And they told us David Kelly committed suicide but that did not stop the doctors protesting.....

I went to the National meeting for Mum's whose kids were taken into care by secret magistrates courts, they appeared emotional disturbed and angry as they exclaimed through tears 'a paedophile has more rights to my son than me!'

These are the things he is fighting against and at the age of 86!

I think at times anyone can appear delusional, loud or argumentative and given the emotional topics with the common law right to be judged by your peers disappearing.

Like I said earlier he never claims to be perfect but just trying to do his bit to maintain our rights.

As for conspiracy theorist so are most police cases until they win....

It reminds me of Hollie Greig and the Dunblane where Hamilton was part of a cosy 'police' relationship according to a Scots paramedic who believed a cover up prevented a proper investigation. With the latter I found a link with newspaper clippings:

With this lot happening a knee jerk reaction would be to say good riddance to the Scots but then again if the lid ever comes off the rotten box what will we find .....perhaps worse, David Kelly murdered, kids being abused in places like Jersey.

He said it was perfectly clear that the continued incarceration of Scarth, who has always refused medication, was having a "deleterious effect" on his mental health.

"He is an unusual individual in that the nature of his personality disorder means that he is not one of those who is likely to see the error of his ways and, to use technical language, purge his contempt."

I don't think Norman is being entirely honest with his potential supporters. Offering leaflets is perfectly normal behaviour, but you have to ask what was in Norman's leaflets to provoke charges. I don't think Norman will come out of this very well and nor will those who support him.

Have you actually witnessed the incident? Norman Scarth is disgusting. He used Jewish New Year to abuse people outside a synagogue.

We get the chance to debate once again. He does seem unstable in the way he rants, a bit like Emma West. Yet he has been in prison for 6 months for using a tape recorder in court as one lady says on here that was vindictive surely a night in the cells would have sufficed if he had intentionally broken the law.
It's about the same length as your youtube but you might enjoy more with lots of talk about habeus corpus, kangaroo courts, and self-educated legal students etc.

I do not like the use of the words 'bxstxxds' in the 1st line but the rest is pretty tame apart from passionate protesters opinions.
