Default Contrast This with UKIP's Tom Wise!

After the revelation in the News of the World about Tom Wise, UKIP MEP milking the EU for everything he can get, contrast that to the statement issued by the two BNP councillors in Rotherham.

Wise, although having the UKIP whip withdrawn from him, remains in UKIP, has recently renewed his membership and IS still a UKIP MEP.

The link doesn't seem to work, so I'll briefly outline the story. It is about all the new councillors elected on 1st May for Rotherham Council attending a well funded banquet to inaugurate the new council year. The two BNP councillors have refused to attend it, saying its a waste of council taxpayers money and that they were elected to serve the people of Rotherham not attend publicly funded jollies when the cash is urgently needed elsewhere.

Good on these 2 councillors, maybe UKIP can learn a lesson from these two.

Are you sure it isn't because curry was on the menu?

BNP members do eat curry, curry has some of its origins from white sailors who stored the meat in spices and herbs when sailing to India.

Not if my missus makes it.....

Why would anyone think BNP people don't like Indian/Pakistani or Chinese or Thai or Italian or any other sort of food just because it's 'foreign'?

It is irrelevant what was on the menu. The point is they have decided not to go to a council jolly funded by the hard pressed taxpayers of Rotherham, when far more important use of the council's money could be made. Which incidentally is why the BNP won two seats, nearly won another and UKIP performed well in several other seats.

Not that I'm averse to a curry personally, I like a nice Jalfrezi best.

If you are unsure if a food is healthy or not just use these criteria:

    1. If you can't pronounce the ingredients, don't eat it.

    2. If it wasn't here 10,000 years ago, don't eat it.

    3. If it has a shelf life of more than 5 days, don't eat it.

    4. If it's heavily marketed, don't eat it.

    5. If it's man-made, don't eat it.
