I fail to see the colour of skin relates to his failures of policy.

If he is so good why did it take over 3 years for him to work out the weathly need to pay more taxes.

It seems like the prime minister of Canada has no real power or authority. I say this as a canadian.

I agree that some of the things that Putin has done would appear good. The problem is we can see from our own media that you get a biased media which suggests you need to be careful when thinking the other guys are good just because we are told lies do and ask yourself do they tell the truth? I believe his support of Iran and Syria togther with China and India refusing to support sanctions is potentially stopping a huge war in the Middle East however, the risk is now WWIII as their is a polarisation of powers forming.

Re Russia there are a lot of dissidents that say the regime is still really bad. I'll have to sit on the fence for that judgement.
