Putin will put an end to ideology, enmity and politics. Do you want the Italian system?
"In 1992–1994, the political system was shaken by a series of corruption scandals known collectively as Tangentopoli. These events led to the disappearance of the five parties of government."

When you visited Russia last time? I live here. Putin means 15-fold growth of corruption, larceny in the state scales, a robbery of national property and natural resources and the confrontation of society. The marauders were in besieged Leningrad also, but them "the feast during a plague" was ending near the nearest wall. No all Russians have forgotten own history. The sad future waits for Putin. He will become a national shame. And the West will to wash up his hands from a Putin's handshakes. brothers-uterine.jpg

'The five-pointed star' is not anarchy. It is the rigid management system built on a competition.
"The new political system can minimize eternal problems of the power such as corruption, infringement of the rights and freedom under the imperfect legislation, etc. They are solved by cross check of several competing parties within the multi-polar government: the blunders of the contender raise chances of a survival in the power of other participants. The health-enhancing competition of political movements can benefit to all of society."
    Self-balancing political system

Why would you favour this model over a West European parliamentary system with a vigorous opposition, independent judiciary and a ceremonial head of state?
