An employee of Grainger PLC Tim Nicholson has had his appeal for unfair dismissal upheld by an employment tribunal on the grounds that his environmental/Green beliefs were so deeply held that they amounted to a "religious" belief!!

Well can we all have a go? I hold MY belief in Nationalism as an ideology and narrative for life in far greater esteem than any mere religion so it looks like we have just been handed the legal counter measure, precedent and antidote for Trevor Phillips' vindictive action against the BNP.
We await the inevitable beatification of Caroline Lucas, George Moonbat, Porrit et al with great anticipation.
Of course the Green Party are a religious organisation - unyielding dogma and zealots
