To combat the somewhat vitriolic exchanges of opinion between BNP and *** members the *** has been granted its own section.
Please ensure that all discussion about either party is reserved to the appropriate section - i.e. don't troll the other party section or use it as a recruitment zone.

Can the name please be changed to British Freedom, as we do not recognise the name *** as it associated us to the BNP and we do not want that at all.
Regards,
Peter.

Thank you!

Brilliant, so glad to see it ..
Perhaps the caustic posts will now diminish somewhat .. :-)
.. each to their own.
I support the creation of this new section. It has, however, been slightly misnamed. I do agree with BB1920 that *** is not quite right. However the title should be British Freedom Party not British Freedom. For starters British Freedom Party is the actual name of the party and several other sub-forums here have the word Party included in their title. Secondly and more important some outside observers may conclude that the concept of British Freedom is exclusive to that part of the forum. I am a life long supporter of British Freedom as are most members of this forum from all parties and none but I am not a supporter of the British Freedom Party. A good choice of party name should not be allowed to take ownership of a universal concept here or anywhere.
I'll take that as a no!
I think it prudent that British Freedom topics (like the BNP) should not show up in the new posts/What's new? index.
I'm not having a go at British Freedom, I wish them well, but until such a time (if ever) that Nationalism is a lot less fractional then their section will be target of spamtrollery.
