It seems that there is some confusion amongst some posters about the way this forum works. Over the last four months we averaged 225 posts per day. Obviously it is way beyond the ability and time of the moderators to read all of these posts.

It is therefore the responsibility of all forum members to keep an eye out for offensive and/or potentially libellous postings. There is a dedicated complaints section for just this purpose.

When you use it, please make sure that you use the "Report this post" function, which exists next to every posting, so that the moderators can quickly find it and assess it. You should also state explicitly what you think is wrong with the post. The moderators are not mind readers, and have no way of judging whether something is true or not, so please bear that in mind.
