New general election section - Page 2

Please note,this Section is reserved for the General Election which will probably be in 2009.(unless there is a revolution first).

The General Election could also be in 2010, if Gorgon bottles out again.

As there is no longer any early prospect of a general election I would suggest the section be merged elsewhere as relevant and revived if we're all still around sometime in 2009.
