Actually, I tried that but it logged me out (is the same session being used for the portal and the forum? if not then that'll happen.) and when I logged back in I was in the portal again!

OK... Another problem coming up. On the forum intro page the "administrator" colour down at the bottom is pretty much the same as the page background. I can only tell that Matt's logged in, for example, when I mouseover the "empty space" where his name is (then the background goes yellow, as it does with all the other links).
