There is a prima face case for the exclusion of four black youths from premises to which the public have access on the basis of their ethnicity being a crime and that should be investigated just as intensely as the cause of death of Kinsella.

Legitimate Property holders should have the right to decide who comes onto there property. Or at least the small and medium sized owners should at least, I'm afraid Bear. Otherwise it weakens the defence functional, legitmate and well dispersed property gives against the state aiding in liberty and security.
