At first it may seem that, but add in all of UKIP's membership, plus those of the EDP and some of the other parties and with the added support of disgruntled Tories the majority of the membership would be English.
Imagine elections in Britain with just ONE single major anti-EU party that represents a cross-section of libertarian and conservative British values.
There would a lot less vote splitting, factioning and competition and this party would be strong and united enough to take on the mainstream groups to one side and the BNP on the other at the same time.
