I am all for preserving liberty and freedom of thought which patented technology such as 4893815 and 6011991 can be used to take this away from any one of us.

This is a supportively usable patent. I cite it. In criticism of the patent though it doesn't go into detail of methods,
but was apparently towards that (or some similar) Army armored battle station (named the Challenger I think)
that was so incredible e
expensive even congress scrapped it. Such individual techniques are still valid. The patent is incredibly long & even
goes into nuclear weaponry. Actually it was my first lead that encouraged looking further into human target tracking.
