You omitted to mention the denial of life saving drugs, to English patients, by NICE, surely this has accounted for quite a number of premature deaths (English deaths that is).

Are you only interested in "British" fatalities?, if so then don't be concerned about the Scots because they are well catered for. Nor the Welsh, bags of free prescriptions for the boyos, Northern Ireland - just give them £50bn overe 10 years to spend as they see fit.
