Given that 25% of people in Wales were born in England ( If you believe government statistics yourself) of which a massive proportion are the elderly who retire to Wales thus putting a huge extra strain on our health budget then it would be hardly surprising if there was an imbalnce in budget figures.
I don't begrudge these people even our poor Welsh health service they've paid their dues and are entitled to it...you presumably do begrudge them treatment in their old age?
