Write to your council and ask them how much you now pay to have your rubbish collected.
I am paying roughly double now. Though I admit this includes other wonderful benefits such as CCTV, windmills on roundabouts etc.
When they send the next breakdown, I will scam it in and show you what a scam it all is.
