Apart from sexual position the all that stuff is already on file somewhere the Govt can find out that and more if they have the inclination because they are ,well the government.
ID cards wont alter that one iota.

It takes a pretty clever criminal to break into the database. At the moment pretty much anyone with half a brain can take your identity.
It wont stop identity theft in total but it will cut out 99.999%
