Yep, We've done very well in Oxfordshire (I'm on the No2ID committee) - 3 out of 4 districts, the city and county. We almost got Cherwell to pass a motion as well.

As a group we are very eclectic. We have just lost a LibDem councillor who did a lot of the work (he's off to Yale for a couple of years). We have a couple of local high profile Tory activists, another LibDem councillor, a member of the board of Liberty, 2 of us from UKIP, 2 Green councillors, a long-term old Labour CND activist and a Monster Raving Looney who is an excellent organiser!!!! The point being that we are totally cross-party and have links to the various people who count. Our MPs are supportive as well and only Andrew Smith, Labour Oxford East, has not expressed support for us. Ed Vaizey (Tory Wantage) and Evan Harris (LibDem Oxford West & Abingdon) even addressed our public meeting. To be honest there is more real work going on with No2ID in Oxon than there is with my local UKIP branch.
