We do what we can with limited resources. DCB has no budget to advertise. The defence policy launch was supposed to have three journalists there from the larger papers - only one turned-up and he was for a smaller private defence digest magazine.
The media
are mute and hostile - in the face of that it is difficult - it is
not a 'cop-out'.
