What's more worrying is that a senior member of the ED's wishes all 'English nationalists' - which he includes to be the white nationalists of the EFP - well in the elections, and thinks it 'great' that three different 'English nationalists' are standing.

That the EDP appear to view English nationalism as a more progressive form of White nationalism is attested to by this article by Alan Winder that appeared on their website.

English Democrats Party:: News blog

Hence their courting of white nationalists to 'convert' to English nationalism. It's an ideologically vapid and politically naive policy that appears to be the sole work of Steve Uncles, a man whose sterling efforts to make converts of neo-nazis have done more to damage English nationalism than anything else and any other person. Not only has he helped recruit undesirables into the cause of English home rule, thereby helping to reinforce the conflation of English and White nationalism, but his constant bragging about his conquests on this and other forums has turned off most moderate English nationalists who are most definately *not* converts from white nationalism, and who want nothing to do with such people, or, for that matter, the other fringe parties involved in his dalliances. Meanwhile the vast swathes of Middle England who currently identify with one of the three main parties - the people whom the EDP ought to be courting - hear of the unholy tryst between Uncles (purporting to be the acceptable modern face of English nationalism) and the likes of Mark Cotterhill (held to be a neo-nazi): Yeah, good work Steve. Way to go! Your hard work really reflects well on English nationalism.

I completely dissassociate myself from Steve Uncles and urge all English nationalists to do likewise.
