One possible political realignment would be for the Conservatives, the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP), the Ulster Unionist Party (UUP), UKIP, the English Democrats (ED), the Free England Party (FEP), Veritas and One London to form one big pro-sovereignty alliance of parties which supports membership of EFTA instead of the EU and which backs fairness for England within the UK Union (i.e. an English Parliament to match the powers of the one in Scotland).
However, in view of the fact that David Cameron has insulted UKIP and that europhiles are still in the Conservative Party (some holding important positions in the Shadow Cabinet) such a realignment involving UKIP would not be possible yet.
The Conservatives, if they started doing what a Conservative Party should do - which is oppose the EU threat to our sovereignty and self-government - could gain over a million extra votes in such an alliance (i.e. the votes of the small parties named above) at a General Election (and probably several million more as anti-EU Conservatives who have abstained in recent General Elections 'returned to the fold').
No such political realignment - one which could almost certainly defeat Labour in a General Election - will be formed until the Conservatives remove all europhiles in their ranks.
