Yes - he is ruining England. I was talking about the damage (Gordon) Brown is doing to England with a UKIP friend of mine only yesterday. The UKIP member again told me "The Union Jack/Union Flag is no longer used - the Union of the United Kingdom is finished."
I do not think that the Union is finished - and even if Scotland quit the UK the Union of the UK (Northern Ireland, Wales and England) would just carry on without her.
One thing I notice is that Salmond, the leader of the europhile anti-UK Scottish 'National' Party (SNP), is going around these days with a big grin on his face - for he knows that the policies of Brown and Labour in trying to hold down the people of England and stop us having our own Parliament - are leading to a rise in anti-UK feeling in England.
Gordon Brown's devolution in Scotland has helped put the SNP into power in Scotland (something Labour naively thought would never happen) weakening the Union of the UK and his policies in trying to suppress the English identity in England are undermining support for the UK in England.
Non wonder Salmond is smiling.
