His promotion of Britishness in England only fools no one - he does it to try to take attention off the fact that he and his anti-English Labour Party are desperate to suppress feelings of English identity in England and to stop England having equality with Scotland within the UK (i.e. to stop England having her own Parliament to match the powers of the one Gordon Brown helped set up in his home country of Scotland).

Scotsman Tam Dalyell, the former Labour MP, rightly opposed devolution anywhere in the UK - but Brown wants devolution in those parts of the UK where he thinks his Labour Party can win but not in England where more people voted Conservative than Labour at the last General Election.

The anti-English stance of Labour politicians Brown, Falconer, Darling, Alexander and MacShane (all pro-EU) are understandably causing resentment in England and are leading to a rise in anti-UK feeling in England (one the most recent opinion polls on this matter indicated that over a third of voters in England - 11 million people - want England out of the UK).

These people are threatening the continuation and stability of our ancient Union - the very Union of the UK they claim they support.

The UK Labour Government does not understand England and does not care about England or her people.
