Gordon Brown says he will do everything to maintain the Union of the UK - but he and his party will not establish an English Parliament. Which is the one big thing they could do to stop anti-UK feeling in England increasing (apart from going back to the Unitary State we had before Blair/Labour messed things up with devolution):
