'Ken' Clarke MP does not represent the views of his constituents on the EU issue and if there were a referendum on the EU Constitution (Lisbon 'Treaty') it would be rejected by a huge margin by Clarke's own constituents.

He was one of three Conservative MPs to vote against an EU Constitution referendum (all the rest voted for one).
