I agree with the above. And why do they even point out that the Prime Minister is Scottish? Since Scotland is part of the UK we are going to have Scottish Prime Minister's from time-to-time. Just like the USA is going to have a President from Texas or California occasionally.
Among my objections to UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown is that he and his party have weakened our Union of the UK (with devolution) and refuse to give England equal status with Scotland within the Union (i.e. an English Parliament to match the powers of the Scottish Parliament Gordon Brown was so keen to set up) and the fact that Gordon Brown won't give us that EU Constitution referendum he and his party promised us at the last General Election.
