Lotto lout Michael Carroll has pledged to clean up his wrecked £320,000 mansion and rent it out to immigrant workers.
Carroll, who won £9.7m in 2002, forked out for the sprawling mansion called The Grange in Norfolk, after he hit the jackpot.
But it's been turned into an eyesore, stripped of fixtures, fittings and wiring by looters and its grounds littered with blown-out tyres, hubcaps, broken computer consoles and broken glass.
The former binman, 25, used it for demolition derbies and drink-crazed parties. Carroll said he was planning to renovate it and wanted to let it out to migrant workers.
