Interesting point Akria.
Dont you think it is important for everyone to feel part of something?...and that includes a grounding in who you are and where your heart is? I personally feel that a lot of the issues we face today is due to a breakdown in our sense of belonging to a community...for me that community is English. This does not compromise my sense of 'humanity' and sense of fairness towards others. Surely to feel part of the whole you need to have a sense of your roots?...
