This is not true. The Green and enviromentalist movements are very broad and includ some genuinely decentralist people. People like Leopold Kohr and Fritz Schumacher and similar. Many of them go further than national sovereignty and want more regional and local sovereignty. This group of Greens are about as far away from "One worlders" as you can get.
