There is no debate, it is simply whether the constitution applies because it has long been ignored ignored. The debate equals do the old constitutional institutions still hold or does house of commons have absolute power.
But that is not what I meant. You clearly don't think Cornwall has a seperate identity to the rest of England or the Westcountry. That is what I meant. We are trying to decide whether it does and you start your arguments by presuming it doesn't despite the overwhelming evidence such as what people consider themselves.
