It invariably is. I wonder how many people - esp. Scots and Welsh - jump on the autonomy for Cornwall bandwagon just to 'get back' at England.

Sure, I believe in England, but more importantly than that I consider myself a Westcountryman, and I consider Cornwall to be part of the Westcounty.
