If we're going to play these games then England conquered Cornwall centuries ago and as such has the right to govern it.
What games? You challenged my Cornishness. And I'm talking from my knowledge of Cornwall and the Cornish people and the polls back me up showing most consider themselves Cornish over English.

Parliament has every right to alter the Constitution. Ever heard of Parliamentary Sovereignty?
Firstly it hasn't actually removed the rights of the Duchy, just ignored them. Secondly that is what is debateable and what makes the British constitution at this time so utterly pathetic and useless. It means the legislature can and does rule, usually in the interest of the elites, in any way it sees fit. Louis XIV would of proud of that kind of absolutism.
