I'm Cornish. And I do pretty much live there. I have a house there, I lived there until 9 months aog and will in a few months time.
So that was a pretty lame attack on your part I'm afraid although not original, the fact I temporarily, for personal reasons, have been forced to reside in Australia seems to be a weird sources of attacks on me here. I was even called Australian, I think the Australian gov't would disagree however.

The debate is simply that the Westminister parliament has long overrideen such constitutionality in an orgy of legislative absolutism. It went the way of the royal prerogative. The constitution and its seperateness are still there, as English law does not lapse when not used, but it is ignored because Westminister has for centuries decided it had more absolute power than any British monarchever dared to assert.
