I meant English in a geographic as opposed to racial or mixed racial sense.
But even if they were welcomed to join, I do not know how strong non Ethnic-English support would be for an English independence party.
In some Independence circles it is mooted that if 'Britain' is broken then 'British' responsibilities to the ex Empire are broken.
I have also heard this from some Asian friends, or rather from older members of their families who were not born here. They argue that they can become British because Britain is an invented country whereas England is a nation.
