Simple old-fashioned empirical induction is quite good enough for me. I don't need 'The Bell Curve' or any other academic work to prove the obvious truths about human inequality.

So absolutely nothing to do with White European empire building in previous centuries or the way that the parts of the former colonial empires where left with tribes partitioned into "countries" which suited their former masters or modern day globalisation and attempts to control the wealth of the countries concerned
