If you are talking 3) you are talking out of your bottom as the BNP only have one candidate out of 14
If you are talking 2) and 4) you are also talking out of your bottom as trends from 2000 and 2004 show that the minor parties vote considerably improves in these votes.

I'm talking about the London Party List.
Smaller parties aren't going to win constituency seats, and you can't win seats on the mayor.
Do you really think the ED's are going to get 6%? If not, what percentage is your expectation?
My guess is that the first digit will be zero.
