The deciding factor on who is Mayor of London from Friday of this week onwards could well be second preference votes from small parties including UKIP and the English Democrats (if the vote for Mayor is extremely close - as I believe it will be).

I hope europhile Livingstone gets thrown out of City Hall in this week's election. He deserves it.
