Former radio presenter Mr. Jimmy Young wrote a similar article in the Sunday Express a couple of years ago.

He is right to call for an English Parliament to be set up.

England must have equality with Scotland within the UK.

Regarding the Democracy Taskforce referred to in the Mr. Young's Express article in the first posting to this thread: As covered in another thread I opened up in this section of the forum - it is said that the Conservative Democracy Taskforce (headed by europhile Kenneth Clarke MP) will not recommend that an English Parliament be established.
