ANGLO-STAFFS is correct and, at one time, Celts predominated in England!
All this 'Celtic' nonsense is not only based on a misapprehension, but merely a way of anti-English Scots, Welsh and Irish implying that THEY have a common ancestry which excludes the English and makes them part of a larger group. Thus, it is they who are racialist!
I'm afraid your last sentence is too cryptic for me! My Englishness is not based on race, but more on attitude and traditional English culture.
