Your opinion on the "Right"
Just wondered what everyones opinion is on here about how you think the Right and Eurosceptic movement is going to do at the local elections and also general election?
I think if I was to put hand on heart and be thoroughly truthful I don't think UKIP, ED's etc. are not going to do particularly well.
Whilst some Assembly seats may be one for example the infighting and factionalism I think is going to be our undoing by the next general election.
I've just read through the ED's section where there are threads such as are the ED's finished.
Whilst it would be easy for other parties to gloat, and when UKIP have had a kick in the balls, other parties have been just as bad, is this actually doing any benefit to the Eurosceptic movement?
So what do you honestly think the best recourse is to addressing the issue?
I think unlike some states we have the problem/benefit that Britain is made up of more then one country. This immediatly splits the movement between the Unionists and Nationalists which I believe is proving a bit of a barrier between forming an effective Eurosceptic block in politics.
I don't doubt that some peoples ego's will prevent them working with "UKIP" or whoever.
So really folks, how do we address this and make sure we don't end up obsolete?
